A GAME OF GEOMETRY.
The collector's item gets its special appearance from a unique engraving design. With an impressive 30 engraving levels, instead of the usual two or three, the 2024 Ring of the Year is given an extraordinary impression of depth. The finely engraved lines unite to form three-dimensional facets and create an optical pyramid that sparkles as it reflects the incident light.
THE COLOUR SCHEME.
Eight eye-catching shades of Wellendorff cold enamel are carefully applied by hand to the Ring of the Year's 72 individual surfaces. In order to obtain the exquisite colours, the dyes are weighed down to the nearest thousandth of a gram.
THE ART OF GEM-SETTING.
A fascinating contrast is created thanks to the precise setting of over 50 sparkling diamonds in ten different sizes. When setting the ring, the jewel setter constantly switches between different drill bits, milling cutters, gravers and beading tools. Greater effort for an impressive effect!
THE SYMBOL OF TRUE LOVE.
A small heart made of white ceramic sets it apart. Subtly embedded in the geometric engraving design, it stands for a very special moment of happiness in 2024.
